Kane Clover - Designer

Kane has always thought about the way things looked.

As a college student he created a lifestyle PC with a wooden case and later won an Arkwright scholarship for his design work. Around the same time, he was also voted one of the top 10 D&AD Young Designers of the Year.

He believes that design is essential for more than just aesthetic reasons:

You have to make things clear as well as attractive, because everything must be pleasant to use and understand as well as functional.

 

In the years since completing a Graphic Design degree at Salford University, Kane has specialised in creating websites, software skins and cross media branding, with clients ranging from artists and musicians to electronics manufacturers and IT companies.

Kane also took the opportunity to become a Microsoft Certified Professional, so he now has something official to show for a lifetime spent tinkering with computers!

With his practical understanding of technology and his eye for uncluttered and friendly design, he is an invaluable member of the Accelerate4 team.
